Do not remember VM password

Hi

My mum is currently in hospital and i'm trying to help her manage her account. She could not make calls as she must have used up all her minutes. I tried helping her to set up a VM account but her password is needed which she can't remember. Her hint did not seem to help. Even talking to someone is no use as I can only get so far without a password.

Can the password be posted out to her address? She does not have a smart phone and would probably struggle to answer basic security questions.
