My wife and I have identical phones and our contracts end in June. I have just looked at our accounts page, and while my wife's payment has been reduced after the end of the contract period, mine remains the same. How can I rectify this please as both should be the same? Hers seems to have moved to a SIM only plan, while mine hasn't.
I rang 789 but there was no option to speak to anyone about this, just referred me back to My Account and I can't action anything on there. Guess I'll have to wait till the stores re-open. Very annoying and frustrating.
