How do i pay the outstanding balance on my devide loan plan(s)?

Do you have access to your security key, that then allows you to access the details of the agreement and would also give you an insight into how much is left to pay?
You would need to access this to make any advanced payments on the handset loans.

Thanks but I don’t have the security codes as the purchase was some time ago. I did however find my annual statement sent via email, so had the agreement number and was able to work out the outstanding balance. Then I simply rang Virgin support on 789 from my mobile and was able to pay for the device plan balance over the phone.
