Detailed online bill

I have never been able to view detailed billing via online account. Please advise how this is rectified.

Up to when I left 6 months ago you could download them as a pdf

Hi there @Freestyle

Welcom to our Community and thanks so much for your first post. As our VIP @enlli advised, you can indeed go back via your online account and download as PDF to keep; the good news is, you can view bills up to 12 months ago 🙂 

 

  • Sign in to your My Virgin Media account at virginmedia.com/myvirginmedia
  • Click My Bills at the top of the page
  • Select the Overview tab
  • Under current bill click the Check out my latest bill button to view your latest bill

Or if you want to view your last 12 bills, click on the View bills tab.

Are you able to try on a PC or laptop?


Have you ever been able to sign in? 

Do you know if you ever registered for an account?

No access to PC or laptop. Have never been able to view any mobile billing via website & that IS while being signed in...now also unable to access NTLWORLD email via my mobile email app nor via browsers....

I am sorry to hear this has been happening. 

 

When you are logging in to the account, are you able to enter your username and password without any problems?

 

Also when you are trying to access your email, are you receiving an error message at all?

Hi Katie, your instructions work perfectly to view via Virgin Media for my Broadband, TV, Land line bills but not an option to view within Virgin Mobile..... Also unable to sign in to NTLWORLD emailing system via Andriod email app nor via a browser sign in....
