Delayed new handset

I ordered an iphone 13 mini and was told via email it would be delivered on 1/04/22. No email wrt delivery. I then used the chat to enquire to be told it would be 27/05/22, checked via chat on Monday of this week and was told it would be 10/06/22. Needless to say no email arrived today to inform me of delivery 2moro! I would rather not be lied to wrt delivery ! Very dissapointed with Virgin Mobile service ! Will be cancelling order soon if things don’t improve !

I apologise about the delay with the stock of your new handset - I can appreciate this has been going on for a long time. Have you received anything for today or have you been able to speak with anyone since your post relating to the problem?
