Hi, i have looked through post about delay sim cards due to the strikes but cant find a answer within the post so i guess i need to ask this question myself.
Account started on the 9th December
Sim arrived today (19th)
Will i be credited these days i havnt used due to no sim card?

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to see you didn't get your sim until 10 days after ordering, the service would start once the Sim card has been activated, we would advise setting up an Online Account .
Once set up you will be able to manage your account, check your Bills and also View the contract, if this is a replacement unfortunately we cannot control the post however we do apologise for any inconvenience caused.
