Just to confirm are you referring to your online account? If so you do need to register the account first.
I'm talking about the online account, I'm quite sure I already registered while checking out, received the standard email:
Hello Marc, You're in. Welcome to our gang! Manage Your Account online Your Account is our brilliant online area where you can do pretty much everything and have total control of your account 24/7.
After inputting a password and authenticating the email.
Edit: I guess I might need some details that come with the SIM, otherwise I don't really get it 😛
Once you get the SIM card you will be able to register the online account for the web site.
