Delay on activation for mobile account

Heya,

is it normal that I can't login into the mobile account after ordering a SIM card? Do I need to await a certain period of time or delivery of the mentioned? 

It says Sorry, we didn’t recognise those details, can guarantee password is correct, so unaware what's the issue.

Just to confirm are you referring to your online account? If so you do need to register the account first.

I'm talking about the online account, I'm quite sure I already registered while checking out, received the standard email:

Edit: I guess I might need some details that come with the SIM, otherwise I don't really get it 😛

Once you get the SIM card you will be able to register the online account for the web site. 

 

If you do require any assistance at that point in time please don't hesitate to pop a post on here.
