Keep getting a text saying I’ve hit my spending cap when I have unlimited text messages . not sending photos or anything
new to virgin , is this a common problem ?

hi I have an iPhone X - unlimited texts, calls and loads of data .
I keep getting a message saying I have used my data when trying to send a text message - this is not a picture message just a normal sms .
I have also been stopped from making calls with a message saying I do not have enough credit . this is a normal mobile number not a 08 number - the issue resolves after time but then happens again .
I have only just moved to you and am a little frustrated as I pay for unlimited calls , messages and have loads of data rolled over .
please can I ask for some ideas as to what could be causing the issue .

Can you see anything about this offer expiring or anything along them lines?
If not, are you able to screenshot this screen and post it here for me to see? Just ensure any personal information such as mobile number is removed.
I meant screen shots of the offering page, you may be able to click on the data for this to go through to give more information as well.
Can you please post a screenshot of the offering page showing the unlimited data so we can advise further.
