Hello, I've recently changed my data plan and it has rolled over but now it's using promotion data before using the rollover data. Why does it not use my rollover data 1st ,the one I have paid for last month, just so that there is less to rollover next time?! That's unfair

Thank you for your post and welcome to the forums.
I apologise you feel that way about it - but I assure you that it's not set out to be that way. Every customers promotional data gets used first, as the system would always go to that. Whatever data you have left from your regular data would be rolled over. From my way of thinking, if the promotional data gets used first, wouldn't that lead to you having more data to rollover for next month if your regular data isn't used? I think that's the balance of it.
