Thanks Ron. 

A new SIM has been sent and will arrive within 3-5 days, when it does it will just need activating. 

Please follow the instructions that the SIM comes with.

Replacement SIM received but it will not register on network. Unfortunately I'm in Isle of Man, where there is no Virgin service so I sent the new SIM to my son in Gloucester. He was unable to register it when he tried it in his phone.
