Hi I want to request another DSAR, I've been trying do this since October 2021 and all VM do is mess me around, they've sent me the files but refuse to send a password to an email or phone that belongs to me, enough is enough, VM do everything possible to prevent it's customers from making a complaint.
Can you confirm you've received my request, I'm no longer a VM customer therefore have no VM mobile or email so address you can PM me to receive my contact details.
So just to clarify so you don't promise to accept my DSAR request and then lie to me about sending out a password............
