Cut my mobile phone off inside 7 days now lost my number

So this number was a business number and is on my vehicles and business pages. I decided to move my mobile to a different provider and was advised to text PAC to the relevant number with my DOB. I would of cause have done this if I was allowed but it looks like I have already been disconnected. 🤣 please advise.

Re: Cut my mobile phone off inside 7 days now lost my number

Hi Huddies999,

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community!

Sorry for any issues faced regarding this, just for clarification has this number been linked to a recently deactivated Media account?

Also when was the PAC code generated?

Let us know,

Kain

Re: Cut my mobile phone off inside 7 days now lost my number

Hi I spoke to the adviser last Thursday and she said  it would be disconnected in 7 days. So I requested the pac today.? Is it too late?

Re: Cut my mobile phone off inside 7 days now lost my number

Thanks for the response,

To clear confusion I've dropped you a PM to discuss further.

The number would still need to be active for a transfer to take place.

Keep any eye out within the purple envelope for the PM.

Thanks,

Kain
