Why is it virtually impossible to contact Virgin Mobile using chat? Unless you want to connect via Whatapp, which I don't, you are just disconnected. I am trying to get a replacement sim to replace a faulty one

I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue getting a replacement SIM card. 

We can certainly check this out for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you.
