I currently have £17 in default on my clear score app. I had virgin media back in 2018/19 and could not cancel my wifi and mobile as I could not pass security questions. I moved and got a debt collection letter shortly after and paid this. I don't understand why there is am amount in default.
I have tried calling but it is impossible to get through without an account or phone number which i do not have as its been a few years. I have tried to email creditfileammendments@virginmedia.co.uk but it keeps bouncing back please could somebody provide me with a number or email so i can discuss this with somebody
