Thanks for your post, and welcome to our Community Forums.
If an outstanding balance has been recognised on your Credit Files, we would not be able to adjust this via our Community Forums. Can you please send your account details, and any information (such as payment dates) to creditfileamendments@virginmedia.co.uk so one of the team can assist in rectifying this?
It can take up to 14 days for our team to respond, but rest assured, they will assist in getting this removed.
