I telephoned the Virgin office today and was told that I needed to email: email@example.com
To have my credit amended however, the email has come back undeliverable. Please can you give me the correct email or point me in the direction of someone that can help.
This is urgent now.

Looking at the email address you posted in your original post and the one apcyberax posted they are slightly different.
Please ensure that you are putting the s on the end of amendments when emailing as if left off you will get the error you have been getting.
