Re: Credit agreement

Hello Mag137

Thanks for the post

It might be best to remove the order and agreement numbers from your post

Can I please ask if you have received this now?

Re: Credit agreement

The order was canceled, but I got an email saying that direct debit was set. why did this happen, why should I pay for what I don't have?

Re: Credit agreement

Sorry to hear of this @Mag137, we should not have setup any direct debits for an account that you don't have.

Please could you check your bank account to see if the direct debit has been set up on your bank account.

Regards

Re: Credit agreement

Hi Mag137, thanks for the message. Can you confirm if this is for a Mobile account where you pay for the phone and sim card separately? If so the credit agreement will be for the handset loan and the direct debit which was set up should be for the sim card part of the contract, does this seem correct? Chris
