Just to clarify please, have you changed the mobile tariff Direct Debit details online via your online account?
If so, that is no problem at all, however with the loan agreement any amendments have to be done over the phone.
If you could please call us on 789 from a Virgin Mobile or 0345 600 0789 from any other line, the team can get that arranged for you.
