I can certainly help you with recovering the information that you have lost, just double checking, have you been able to access your online account here to see if the information you need shows on the contract details option on the account overview?

I am able access my online account. When I try to access my device loan details it requires the credit agreement number and security, of which I don't have. I can't find it in my emails, I might have lost it a while back.
