Hi there, I’ve just ordered a phone and I’ve not received the order confirmation and the credit agreement emails.
My email address has changed which I amended in my account prior to ordering but it looks like these emails have gone to my previous email address which I can no longer access. Is there any way I can get them resent to my new email address as my phone is due to be delivered tomorrow and I have to return the agreement by 6.45pm today. I’ve tried ringing the helpline all afternoon but cannot get through.

Can you please advise me if you received your handset on Wednesday as originally planned or if you're still waiting for this to be delivered? Have we also been able to send the credit agreement to your updated E-Mail address?
