Credit File Amendment Team

I have been onto my credit report and seen that there is an outstanding amount for Virgin.

I contacted them today and a credit was put on the account, now they have asked me to get a Credit file Amendment but as the phone and account are no longer active I am unable to use them to sign in and do this.

Where do I go from here?
