Credit Agreement

I need my credit agreement. I have not kept the emails at all with the credit agreement number nor the security key. I have nothing. I have called o2 and they don't have a copy of it either. I can see the DD on my bank statement.

Can I have access to my agreement? Can someone help with getting it to me.

Sorry to hear you've not been able to gain access to your credit agreement. 

We recommend in future keeping a hold of any important emails such as credit agreement access information so that you're able to access them again in the future should you need to. 
We can look into this for you at our side and once we have passed full account security we can resend the documentation and access to you. Please join me on private message so I can locate your account and pass account security. You can see your private messages at the top of the page, in the envelope icon or if you're using a smaller device, you can see your private messages by clicking on the Virgin Media logo at the top right and select 'Messages' from the drop down.
