Credit Agreement Security Key

Hi there I have problems getting to view my credit agreement at all I don't have my key but have my agreement number that's it aside need to make sure my dd have been changed also for my device as the advisors on phone where awful. Thanks

Sadly bad news any time I go to put my bank details in won't let me in this is the account where last payment was taken from
