Hi I have been a customer of virgin for a very long time and pay around £140 a month for my services. I appreciate this is a difficult time for every one but I have been laid off from work until the end of April this meaning I can claim SSP of £94 a week, the rent on my property is £104 a week so we are seriously going to struggle. I am asking begging pleading with virgin to allow a little bit of kindness and reduce our bills for 1 to 2 months while these unforeseen circumstances continue.
yes i am in a similar situation as u did u hear anything back some people have said they waited nearly 2 weeks for a reply from virgin. and all the reply was, was asking for security info before they even discuss the account then its another 2 weeks lol
