Contract buyout charge after upgrading package

Hey team,

I upgraded my package to the ultimate volt bundle. Switched my phone over to o2 as a result, got the PAC code etc. I then got lumbered with a contract buyout charge which nobody mentioned in the upgrade plus it doesn't make sense as I upgraded my package, I haven't left really, the o2 thing is part of the VM deal. Can I get this refunded.
