Continued to be billed despite cancellation

I cancelled my contract within the 14 day period, all confirmed and mobile & Sim returned successfully, however I continue to be billed for this. I have cancelled the direct debit but need to close my Virgin Mobile account.

My blood pressure is currently so high as Virgin Media have made it litterally impossible to contact their customer services. I do not have a phone service which will enable me to phone their premium rate number for roughly 60 minutes. There is no online chat facility, nor email address to contact them on.

Please can someone help how do I contact Virgin Media to close the account.
