I urgently need to contact Virgin MOBILE regarding my Account.
Although my bill was paid over 24 hours ago, I am still unable to make any calls, even though my account shows that its in Credit (already paid 50% off next months Bill).
I have tried contacting Virgin Mobile in following ways:
* Phone from Mobile - message states 'Account is suspended' (although I am able to access the internet).
* Text - come back as 'unable to send'.
* I don't have a landline.
* Virgin Online - advised that they were Virgin Media and so couldn't help me.
Please can Virgin MOBILE let me know how I can contact them or failing that if anyone else can suggest how I can contact them I would be extremely grateful.
