I put a complaint 148 hrs before and no action
has been taken . Every time replies come that technical team is working on it but nothing happens .
I bought 2 recharge vouchers on 26/12/2022 and when tried to recharge my fone message came ‘pin is already used’ wen I contacted the technical team they said that voucher is already used in November by some other mobile number .
it’s seems big scam and fraud that before my buying of voucher these were already used or some fraud by virgin .the upsetting factor is that technical team could not resolve the issue even after 148 hours . So disappointing so upsetting thing . Thousand time shame . Shameful and big fraud . I am buying the third time time it might again . Again the shameful delay and responding by technical team .waste my money
