Charged a full month but have not recieved my sim card yet..

Hello, I have just joined virgin, I don't even have my sim card yet, but have been sent a bill for last month.. Everything on the website seems broken at the moment, cant register, can't chat, cant go to the contact us page. Could you help delete this bill please?

For a Pay Monthly account your airtime plan charges start once the account is setup, so this can cause a period between the account starting and the SIM being received if you've ordered over the phone or via the website.

Hmm, sounds fishy to me, I'm not paying for something I've not used, if that were the case I'd just cancel the direct debit and you can have the SIM back, and the home internet I got at the same time...
