Changing direct debit date

Hi 

I know this has been answered before but I can't find how to change my direct debit date online. I read one of the other posts that said this is something that has to be done on Virgin's end? 

Please could you help?

Hi GhostinChaos, 

Welcome to the Community and thank you for posting. 

Our apologies for any issues when attempting to change you direct debit date. 

To do this please follow te below instructions;

• Sign in to My Virgin Media
• Select My Bills
• Select the Overview Tab
• In the Your Direct Debit area, select Change Payment Method
• Select Change Direct Debit details

You should be able to amend the details from there but if you require any further assistance with your direct debit, more information can be found here.
