I have three mobile numbers on the virgin mobile account---mine, my wife and my daughter. My daughter pays her own bill via direct debit and I pay for the other two. All three accounts are sim only and pay monthly accounts.
Whenever I attempt to make any changes to my account I am prevented because my daughter is defined as the account holder and has to give her 'permission'.
How do I rectify this ridiculous situation and take ownership of my own account?
I was even told that if I wanted to end my contract with virgin mobile I would need to get my daughter to do it otherwise I would not be 'allowed' to leave.
I look forward to a solution------tried speaking to Virgin mobile's support a number of times and not got anywhere
