Changed contract plan, received no confirmation

Last week I rang Virgin and asked to swap onto the sim only £6 a month 5gb data contract, changing from my existing monthly rolling contract to a 12 month one. Everything was sorted, but I've still received no confirmation email or any information in the Virgin media app about the contract. Please can someone check this for me? Thank you!
