I have a Virgin Mobile account/sim card which I only recently realised is in my ex-partner's name. With the exception of the name, all other details are correct.
I have read in a previous thread that it would be enough to verify that both parties are happy with the name change and, if I could get the other person to have a community forum profile, you could help us jointly. Is that correct?
