Trying to change our direct debit account as our bank in closing. An hour to get through online and no facility to change online. Anyone find somewhere online you can change it? Or just wait until virgin dont get paid and they contact me

I am sorry for the hold times - we're busier than normal.
This can be done online in the payment section - there's an option for updating your Direct Debit.
