Hi, we updated our direct debit details for our mobile agreement freestyle contract, I've had confirmation of the airtime side of the direct debit but not the phone loan payments agreement. I'm concerned that the payment is going to try and be taken out my old bank. How can you view your debit details for the device payments as when you go into the agreement log in it directs you back to the mobile side where you can not do anything regards to the phone loan payments agreement.
Tried to call but not had any help

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't got confirmation of your direct debit being changed for your contract. Please could you call into the contracts team on 0800 183 1150 and they will be able to confirm, if this has been done for you.
