Cant login to mobile account

Hi, 

recently took out the ultimate oomph package which included an unlimited virgin sim. My daughter is trying to set the sim up on her phone but we need to register for an account. I can’t seem to do that as the screen asks for the answer to a security question but the question is blank. 

I tried entering what I thought was my security question answer but it didn’t work so called the 0345 number and reset it but it still doesn’t work.

Help.

Hello? Anyone? This seems like a recurring theme in the forum but no fix is posted. Need this resolved or will have to switch back to Sky. 
have also used the text service. So far no reply after 10 hours.

The security question is often the telephone password if that helps?
