I lost a phone on 25/09. The SIM replacement was supposed to have been posted on Mon 26/09 but still hasn't arrived. I've no way of tracking it and the live chat appears to have been removed/disabled from the website. Is there any way of getting in contact with them for support to track the SIM since I can't make phone calls?
