Re: Cannot reset Email & Password for Mobile account
I just want to reset my password however its not recognizing my other details my post code and phone number. I did change my original virgin number to the phone number from my old service provider but ive tried both to no help.
when using the text message help it requires my security question which was setup through a phone call and I cannot remember that.
I am still receiving my bills through my email inbox with reference numbers etc.
this issue could be due to having to virgin media profiles linked to one email. My mobile phone account and my broadband account are not linked.
