Cannot login to o2 priority website

I am trying to log in to the O2 priority website with my Virgin account. I goto and press sign in. I select "Login with virgin media". It takes me to the virgin login page. When I sign in using my account successfully, it redirects me to the O2 priority website login page again. The page where it says "Login with virgin media" or "Login with O2". Then when I press "Login with virgin media" the page reloads and comes back to the same page. It repeats this and I can't get any further.

On Google someone suggested resetting the password on my virgin account, which I have done but that didn't help.

Welcome back to the Community Forums and thanks for the post.

Can I confirm are you trying to log in via the app or via the website? If it is the app have you deleted this app and reinstalled it to see if this works for you? If webmail we would advise clearing your cookies and cache and trying again.

I am using the website.

I have cleared the cache and also used a different browser. I think there's something wrong with my virgin  account working with o2 priority.

Have you tried using the app?

Wow. I logged in using the app, I pressed sign in with virgin media a few times and eventually it logged me in. I can now sign into the website too!
