Cannot find address in postcode dropdown

I have been advised that all the new homes postal addresses have been registered with Royal Mail, so it will be companies such as Virgin that have not as yet updated their databases. I am assured all plots have provision for Virgin, but you will need to register with Virgin to be connected up, you may have to call them directly as you have advised me the address is not live on their system. They will be able to manually add this to their database and hopefully get you set up.
