Tried to log in to my Virgin Mobile credit agreement to get confirmation the device has been fully paid off, searched my inbox in its entirety and cannot find the Security Key anywhere, I assume the original agreement was sent to me by post and as such I have lost the document.
Is there a way I could have my Security key re-sent to me via e-mail? I have the Credit Agreement number. Please advise.
