I placed a new order after my last one ran out a few months ago and recieved an email saying virgin would email me shortly to confirm the order. That was 9 days ago. There's a link in the email for help is a 404 page. 20 mins of sorting through all the options on the help section and contact us section it keeps leading me here. The order also isn't showing up in my account yet, I just want a customer service email address so someone can check the order. Anyone have one?

Sorry to hear of the order confirmation not being sent to you via E-Mail, have you possibly checked your junk/spam folder to see if this has been sent there?

Virgin, and some other providers,do not have direct email.
