Cannot access my Virgin account

  • Having only looked at my account for the first time recently, I tried again this week for several days. I have also phoned and waited on the phone, trying to get through. Despite putting through the correct information, I cannot access my account again. It's becoming very frustrating as I need to check on it.

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your online account looked into, I am sorry if this has been causing some frustration. I would be more than happy to look into this for you, can you see what happens when you try to register for a new account please?

Also, have you moved home recently?
