I am from the UK and I currently still have a UK SIM card in my phone, but I am living in Germany.
Yesterday I received a text telling me that I had exceeded my credit limit, and that I can either visit virginmobile.co.uk/youraccount, call 789 from the UK or call +447458333789 from abroad.
The first of these options doesn't work, as whenever I try to log in or change my password I get the message "Oops - that's not quite right".
The second of these options only works from the UK, and the third number doesn't work at all for me when I call it.
Does anyone know of any way I can resolve this issue?

Hi Jodi, thank you for the quick reply.
Sadly, when I attempt to call that number I hear a repeating tone followed by the call failing. This is the same issue I have as when I try to call +44 7458 333 789

Thanks for trying this @BurnerForStuff4, sorry to see you were unable to call the number provided.
As explained in the previous post, we are unable to take any payments via the forum. What I will do however is send you a PM to confirm your details so I can assist with getting you onto your online account to do this.
Regards
Nathan
