Hi all, I am trying to access my account online and I keep being told that the system does not recognise those details. Well it should as I set them up using them.
I thought that the system might have lost my account, so I tried to create a new one but it gets to the Password screen and even though it shows 3 green ticks tells me to check how I have created my password!
Is anyone else having problems logging on?
