I'm trying to cancel my virgin mobile UK contract from the Netherlands I have tried multiple times to contact the customer service by phone, but gave up after being on hold for over 45min multiple times.
Closing the account via STAC or PAC is obviously not an option as I won't be getting a sim with another UK provider.
I have not managed to get in contact with the team since my post, so thank you very much for getting back to me. Changing the sim to pay as you go would be fine for me, as long as I can shut down my direct debit it's good as I will be closing my UK bank account shortly.
How would we proceed to cancel it? Do I send my detail through a private message?
