When you Cancel Virgin Volt does that cancel any O2 and Virgin Mobile Contracts as well?

Or are Mobile Contracts classed as separate?

Hi @DelboyMacbooth,

Welcome back to our Community Forums! Thank you for your first post and I'm sorry to hear that you're considering cancelling your Virgin Media services.

If you have a Volt package that includes O2 services as well as Virgin Media services and you decide to cancel Virgin Media services, your O2 services will remain active, but all Volt benefits will stop.

If you wish to cancel your O2 services as well, you will have to contact our team at O2 directly.

You can read more about our Cancellation Process on our website. If you have any further questions, please let us know. We're here to help. 🙂

Thank you.

Thanks Paulina, I've read your link to the Cancellation page - will probably try cancelling via Web Chat in the first instance.

Do you have a Formal Complaints process, it may be worth something to Virgin Customer Service to complain about "Moderator" Michael_JK.

Are you going to move this thread as well Michael_JK - perhaps you call this a "Broadband" issue as well do you?
