I called the support over phone in Feb to cancel my mobile (monthly contract sim only).
She said, all done and last billing will be Mar2020, as I've to give month notice.
But I have noticed the money was taken in April too. So I cancelled my DD.
Now I am seeing one more bill for May asking me to pay!
I can 't reach the phone support, as it keeps waiting for long time, Any advice ...

Thank you for taking the time to contact us via the forum's in regards to the recent Virgin Mobile bills received, we wish it was under different circumstances but welcome to the community.
Can you confirm if you were still in a fix term for the SIM Only deal and that no handset was included when you originally took this?
Are the amounts being requested consistent with what your tariff was before you requested the cancellation or are they different (higher)
We're eager to look into this further for you.

[reply] - I've been using VM for long time, but the coverage at my new area is not good for EE.
[reply] - SIM only deal no handset was part of the deal.
[reply] yes, same 6.14/month.
PS: I still use VM (Broadband -bigbundle )no issues in that.
