Cancel plan

Hi, I have a number of plans but want to cancel just one of them - a SIM-only plan.  I'm not moving to a new provider or wanting to use the phone number on any device.  I just want to cancel the plan but believe I need to give 30 days notice.  Is there any way I can do this without being put on hold waiting to speak to someone in customer service please? An email address? Online option?  Thanks.

P.S. whoever chose the 'music' to play when waiting to speak to someone must be hard of hearing - it's total drivel and just makes me even more fed up.
