I have been trying to cancel a mobile phone (sim only) rolling contract for a week now!
The advise is to call 789 but you never get through and it guides you to the VM website. The website advises calling the cust services call centre. See the problem here?
I'm currently siting on the "message us" service and it's an hour and counting of non responce.
Can someone suggest any other way of getting through to VM that isn't the 789 number?
